About the Job:
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the secure delivery of projects involving the installation of energy efficient measures for a variety of renewable energy products.
- Responsible for providing Health & Safety leadership to the site delivery team, ensuring all works are carried our in a safe manner whilst ensuring suppliers, sub-contractors and direct workforce follow company policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Installation standards.
- Responsible for liaising closely with the Operational Support Team to ensure works are carried out in accordance with agreed specifications and in a compliant way to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Deliver projects to a programme, as set by the senior management team.
- Liaise closely with occupants and homeowners to ensure they are kept fully informed of progress and any matters which may arise during installation of the works. Provide a responsive and reliable point of contact to resolve matters which may arise and are reported by the occupant/homeowner.
- Ensure works carry out minimal disruption for occupants & homeowners and ensure areas are always kept clean and tidy.
- Proven experience in the role of a supervisor/site manager
- Experience of working in occupied buildings/homes and the residential sector.
- Experience of managing health and safety procedures along with knowledge of H&S standards Regulations (NEBOSH/IOSH Certified)
- SMSTS, CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving licence
