About the Job –
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an organised and proactive O&M Coordinator to support the delivery of both reactive and planned maintenance across a portfolio of renewable energy assets.
This role will play a key part in ensuring service delivery runs efficiently, acting as the link between clients, engineers and subcontractors.
You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supporting operational performance and ensuring high levels of service across all projects.
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities across renewable energy sites
- Act as a central point of contact between clients, engineers and subcontractors
- Schedule works and manage diaries to ensure efficient service delivery
- Support with quotations, service reporting and job tracking
- Monitor system performance using SCADA/monitoring systems (where applicable)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is compliant with standards
- Provide a high level of customer service and communication throughout
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience within solar PV, electrical or maintenance coordination environments
- Familiarity with scheduling, quotations and service reporting
- Exposure to SCADA or monitoring systems
- Understanding of technical or health & safety requirements within the sector
- Confident liaising with clients, engineers and subcontractors
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Able to commute to Clevedon
