Job Title – Network Analyst - EV 
 
Their Purpose – A leading, sustainability-driven business delivering nationwide EV charging infrastructure, large-scale Solar PV, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). With an expanding portfolio across the UK, they are committed to accelerating the clean energy transition through safe, reliable, and high-performance renewable energy assets.
 
Location &, flexibility – Hybrid, Swindon office 3 times per week.  

Salary – Salary up to £45k + annual bonus, Pension (5% employer contribution), life insurance, income protection, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) +your birthday off.
 
About the Job:
As an EV Network Analyst, you will play a central role in connecting Customer Service, Planning, and Engineering teams. You’ll use performance data from their EV charging network to generate insights, highlight issues, and support effective decision-making.
This role is critical to ensuring their EV infrastructure runs smoothly, enabling proactive problem-solving and supporting their wider strategic objectives.
 
  • Act as the key link between Customer Service, Planning, and Engineering, turning operational issues into clear, actionable insights.
  • Monitor EV network performance, spotting potential issues before they impact customers.
  • Analyse recurring or high-impact problems, escalating with evidence and recommendations to senior teams.
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards that give visibility of network health, asset use, and service performance.
  • Work closely with Planning to inform decisions on upgrades, replacements, and capacity planning.
  • Provide rapid data analysis during incidents to support quick resolution.
  • Help maintain accurate data across asset registers and documentation.

About you:
 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally from an energy, utilities, or infrastructure environment.
  • Ability to work independently and turn customer-facing issues into data-driven investigations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical colleagues.
  • Familiarity with EV charging or energy systems is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn new tools – full training will be given on Power BI and other systems.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to suggest better ways of working.
