A leading innovator in sustainable energy solutions is seeking a highly motivated Lead Process Engineer to drive pioneering initiatives in waste conversion to low carbon fuels. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping the future of eco-friendly energy production.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Leading all Process Engineering activities within the Engineering and Projects team.
  • Overseeing the delivery of Process deliverables supporting technology scale-up and commercialization.
  • Collaborating with project partners on licensed technology projects and waste-to-fuels facilities.
  • Acting as a technical authority on process design/engineering topics.
  • Representing the organization at industry events on Process Engineering and Flow Assurance.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and project milestones.
  • Providing expertise to optimize plant operations and projects.

Requirements:
 
  • Master's or above in Process/Chemical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Aspen Tech and Aspen Plus models.
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and work independently.
  • Flexibility in work patterns and locations for project delivery.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills in the design process.
  • Familiarity with FEED studies and EPC processes (desirable).
  • 7+ years' experience in similar FEED/Engineering environment (desirable).
