Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery, and systems to identify any potential issues or malfunctions in the manufacturing suite.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and installations of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from different departments and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
- Technical training or certification in a relevant field is essential.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and machinery commonly used in maintenance work.
