ABOUT THE JOB:

Drive revenue, manage and mentor marketing and sales teams.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships for growth.
Coordinate product, sales, marketing, and R&D departments.
Develop strategies to boost company and product awareness.
Set product pricing and positioning.
Provide regular updates to the CEO.

ABOUT YOU:

Over 7 years of experience in the energy storage market.
Background in natural sciences, business development, or related discipline (BSc, MSc, or PhD).
Proven track record in managing commercial teams.
Ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a bonus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
