Job Title – Senior Project Manager (Facilities & Infrastructure)

Location & flexibility – London-based research campus; 4 days onsite, 1 day from home working pattern

About the Job –

Lead end?to?end delivery of complex engineering and building services projects across a major research estate.

Manage full project lifecycle including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Coordinate multidisciplinary contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, risk registers and performance indicators.

Provide technical oversight, ensuring projects meet statutory, regulatory and internal standards.
About you –
-
Proven experience delivering complex building services or engineering projects in large estates or infrastructure environments.

Strong technical background across mechanical, electrical or multidisciplinary building services engineering.

Skilled in managing project budgets, timelines, risks and contractor performance.

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement capability.

Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide colleagues; project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP) desirable.
