About the Job:
An exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a customer-facing role that combines technical awareness with a consultative sales approach. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, advising customers on renewable energy solutions, and preparing accurate proposals while building lasting client relationships.
- Engage with new enquiries, qualify leads, and understand customer needs
- Provide tailored advice on renewable technologies (ASHP, GSHP, PV, batteries, MVHR, UFH)
- Present the benefits of solutions including cost savings, payback, and sustainability impacts
- Conduct site surveys and set realistic customer expectations around budgets, timelines, and outcomes
- Collaborate with estimators and engineers to produce detailed and accurate proposals
- Manage your sales pipeline via CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Represent the company professionally, building trust and long-term relationships
- Proven sales experience in renewables, construction, or a related technical sector
- Strong knowledge of heating, electrical, and renewable systems (training provided where required)
- Ability to conduct site surveys and interpret technical information
- Commercially aware with the ability to discuss ROI, budgets, and value with clients
- Organised and proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Personable, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full clean UK driving licence (site visits required)
