Job Title - Environment, Health and Safety Business Partner
Location & flexibility - Oxfordshire - Hybrid working available.
Salary & Benefits - Up to £55,000 + discretionary bonus
About the Job -
The role holder will provide safety, advice and assistance on all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) related issues in support of the business strategy, to its managers and the leadership team. This will include attendance at operational EHS and other business meetings.
As an EHS BP you will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety legislation, guidance and industry best practice, and the active implementation of a culture of caring and EHS initiatives.
You will be required to understand and work with quality and management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
About you -
- Relevant working knowledge of HSE requirements
- Previous experience within a health & safety role ideally within an engineering environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Good knowledge and practical application of HSE legislation.
- Experience of working to ISO45001/OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 standards.
- Competent communicator (both written and verbal).
