Job Title – Customer Account Manager
Their Purpose – A specialist provider of energy management software and services, supporting organisations with effective energy and carbon reduction solutions.
Location & flexibility – Milton Keynes with hybrid working (2 days office?based per week).
Salary & Benefits – £35,000–£45,000 plus uncapped commission (£8,750–£10,500 OTE). About the Job –
• Manage and grow a portfolio of c.400 business customers within the energy services sector.
• Conduct structured account reviews and drive customer satisfaction.
• Lead contract renewals and identify upsell and cross?sell opportunities.
• Support customer onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
About you –
• 3–5 years’ B2B account management or sales experience, ideally within energy, utilities, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of energy services, compliance and efficiency solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, renewals and revenue goals.
• Confident using CRM systems and MS Office to manage pipelines and reporting.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management or similar (or equivalent experience).
