Job Title – Carbon Specialist
Their Purpose – Their technology uses captured carbon dioxide from industrial power generation to stabilise a wide variety of materials (such as ammonia and phosphates) from agricultural and industrial waste streams and use these to create new fertiliser products with significantly lower than usual carbon footprint.
Location &, flexibility – Swindon - hybrid (2-3 times a week)
Salary & Benefits – Up to £75k + benefits
About you:
- 
	
Proven experience in the carbon markets, with a strong understanding of voluntary and compliance frameworks.
 - 
	
Demonstrable experience in commercial strategy development within the agricultural or fertiliser sectors.
 - 
	
Knowledge of carbon verification, accounting, and certification methodologies.
 - 
	
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build compelling economic cases for carbon initiatives.
 - 
	
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
 - 
	
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience driving revenue-generating carbon projects.
