Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Wiltshire
Reporting to: Programme Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee product development, customer system projects, and internal improvements, from bidding through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholders, set and track milestones.
- Write and submit proposals for tenders.
- Define technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Oversee quality reviews and documentation.
- Manage large contracts, including risk assessment.
- Balance commercial and technical requirements.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Technical degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in project management.
- Experience in engineering/product development.
- Strong bid and proposal writing skills.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and Agile methodologies.
- Team management experience.
- Experience in military environments, RF technology, or cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of cellular, SatCom, and wireless standards.
