CCm is currently involved in the design and deployment of pilot/demonstration and full-scale plants at a number of customer sites. The patented process is based on high primary capture efficiencies from novel cellulose/amine capture material which retain 95% of flue sourced CO2. Other applications for the technology include heat storage and power generation.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical handling, process engineering, or process operation support roles. The Project Engineer will play a critical role in the successful delivery of large-scale projects, collaborating with various engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
  • Work collaboratively within a team to deliver large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.
Engineering Documentation:
  • Collate, process, and deliver engineering documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Manage documentation review processes and ensure timely delivery to team members, clients, and vendors.
Vendor and Client Management:
  • Engage in technical discussions with vendors, manage documentation, and oversee warranty and defect management processes.
  • Liaise with clients to review and address technical issues, providing support throughout all project phases.
Reporting and Accountability:
  • Report to both Engineering and Project Managers, understanding and fulfilling responsibilities to each.
  • Maintain awareness of project management protocols, document management systems, and engineering procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical handling, process engineering, or process operation support roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in vendor and client management, including technical discussions and documentation review.
  • Familiarity with project management principles, document management systems, and engineering procedures.
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to seek assistance when needed and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
