About the Job:

Adapt and execute their trials strategy in coordination with the COO and Sales Director.

Deliver and plan 30+ trials within 18 months across key regions and sectors.

Ensure trials are robust, well-documented, and aligned with client-specific needs.

Ensure trial data is accurately identified, collected, stored, and organised.

Use spreadsheet and data tools to track, analyse, and interpret AD site performance metrics.

Translate technical results into commercial insights to support client decision-making.
About you:

Strong knowledge of microbiology, especially in anaerobic digestion processes.

Experience delivering or managing trials in biogas, cleantech, or environmental systems.

Proficiency in analysing technical data, including spreadsheet-based modelling or interpretation.

Able to design test regimes that evidence biological or operational change.

Strong communication skills—able to turn technical insights into business-relevant outcomes.
