About the Job -
- Serve as the lead point of contact to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships for all UK accounts.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key UK accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Help to establish, run and continual develop proposals management function.
- Lead the entire proposal management lifecycle, including:
- Establishing bid/no bid process and forum
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to write compelling and persuasive technical content
- Establishing clear and competitive pricing models
- Driving and managing delivery of multiple compliant proposals
- Conduct post-bid analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future bids.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to UK accounts needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to help deliver our strategy.
About you -
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Clear experience of successfully developing, managing and sustaining strong relationships with complex stakeholder accounts.
- Demonstrable experience of leading successful proposals for complex technical projects or large-scale bids.
- Knowledge of UK government procurement processes and regulations.
- Being well acquainted with the UK market, contract laws and regulations.
- Ability to implement budgetary and cost-control measures with solid negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Experience in proposal development in the technology and engineering sectors
- Experience in proposal development in the energy sector
