We will ensure that the information you submit to us via our website or through any of our offices is only used for the purposes set out in this policy.

    We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about roles or make enquiries about our services or if you create a Candidate Portal account via this website.

    On a daily basis, we also source potential candidates from a number of job board websites. These websites are designed to assist us in the recruitment process and by uploading your contact details and CV onto these websites, you are agreeing to their privacy policy with regards to sharing that information with third parties such as ourselves.

  3. Curriculum vitae

    ("CV")

    We give you the option of submitting your CV via our website or by providing your CV to one of our consultants. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored in the Zero Global Ltd Data Base and will be accessible by Zero Global Ltd recruitment employees. You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same procedure to submit a new CV. Your old CV will automatically be archived providing the submission details remain the same (for example you submit both CVs using the same email address or you advise the relevant contact of your new submission).

  4. The information we collect and how we use it

    Zero Global Ltd may collect your personal details, including but not limited to your name and contact details (together with your e-mail address) and other relevant information from your CV. On occasions, this may also include - sensitive personal information such as details of criminal convictions and ethnic origin. This information is held, used and disclosed by us as follows:

    2. To maintain our business relationship, whether you are a user of our website, a client or a candidate

    3. To enable you to submit your CV for general applications

    4. To match your details with job vacancies, to assist us in finding a position that is most suitable for you and to send your personal information (including sensitive personal information) to clients in order to apply for jobs;

To third parties who perform functions on our behalf and who also provide services to us, such as professional advisors, IT consultants carrying out testing and development work on our business technology systems, research and mailing houses and function coordinators. We will respond to all subject access requests within the guideline of one month, this one-month period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. The requester will be informed of any extension within one month of the request, as well as the reasons for the delay.

    You have a choice about whether you wish to receive information from us or not. If you do not want to receive direct communications from us about our latest roles and news, then you simply reply to any communication you receive from us stating your objection.

    We will not contact you for marketing purposes by any means from the 25th May 2018 if you have indicated that you do not wish to be contacted. If you have made no indication to us of your preference we will continue to contact you until otherwise notified.
