Job Title – Production Manager (US)

Their Purpose – An award winning cleantech innovator transforming hard to recycle organic waste into high performance biochar products that support clean energy, carbon sequestration, and circular economy goals.

Location & flexibility – New Mexico, USA. Onsite role at a new production facility.

Salary & Benefits – Competitive salary offered ($75,000), along with benefits aligned to a growing cleantech organisation (details available on request).

About the Job –
• Lead the setup, commissioning, and operational readiness of a brand?new production site
• Oversee utilities activation, equipment installation planning, and site layout design
• Manage day-to-day biochar production, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable operations
• Build, lead, and develop a small team of 1–3 production staff
• Support logistics, customer interaction, and broader project work during early low volume production

About You –
• Experienced Production Manager or Supervisor within manufacturing or industrial operations
• Proven capability in site setup, commissioning, or early?stage plant environments
• Strong hands on problem solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Confident managing small teams and engaging with customers or external stakeholders
• Knowledge of safety compliance, environmental standards, and operational risk management
