About the Job –
• Lead the design, delivery and commissioning of complex, large-scale engineering programmes.
• Own design coordination, engineering governance, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Maintain oversight of project schedules, cost tracking, and resource planning, driving corrective actions where needed.
• Ensure quality assurance across all engineering deliverables and adherence to safety standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external partners while acting as a key interface with senior stakeholders.

About you –
• Degree-qualified engineer with 10+ years’ experience in complex, safety-critical or highly regulated industries.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing external partners.
• Strong expertise across design, fabrication, testing, validation, and commissioning processes.
• Experience with engineering governance, change control, and configuration management frameworks.
